Stage loading error

Hi,
I love you game so much so far!
I'm having problems when I'm going from one city to another -- the images don't seem to load smoothly.
For example, I'm going from Superior City to Route 301:

I tried deleting the folder and reinstalling Pokemon Omicron, but the problem persists.
(and the save file didn't go away for some reason)
It's really breaking my immersion into the game. Help?
