Not Sure If Bug Or Not

So this game is amazing but im having trouble with it, like i said in the title im not sure if this is a bug or something to do with my computer, what happens is everything works fine but for some reason when ever text pops up or at the end of a battle when i receive exp its slow right down and gets all choppy and i dont know what the problem is, can someone please message me if they know a fix.
