Hello i have two problem..
First : My pokémon don't follow me, He does not walk beside me ..
Second : How to evolve Riolu ?

Riolu evolves at max happiness to get him to max happiness you need to have him in your party and not let him die when riolu gets to max happiness you will need to level him once ad then he will evolve. you should take your pokemon not following you bug to the bug report section of the forum where you will get the most help.
