Quickest XP at Low Levels?

Hey everybody! I'm just wondering what the quickest way to get experience at low levels (15-30 or 40) is.

I find that there are 2 ways to level lower Pokemon.

1. Use the EXP. share and just fight high level Pokemon with your normal Pokemon.

2. Use the Lucky Egg with your low level Pokemon and switch out to your high level Pokemon.

Other than that, I'm not sure what else there is.

If you have the trainer in your secret base and a lucky egg, that is pretty good exp.

If you have a ghost type pokemon who knows curse and a good few potions, this is the fastest way:
After obtaining the Secret Base in Agassiz and purchasing the Trainer, have the pokemon you want to level hold the lucky egg in the front of your party. Fight the trainer at level 100.
Immediately switch to the ghost and use curse. Audino only has Double Edge for damage, so your ghost cannot be killed by it, while curse will take it out in 5 turns (4 if you can do at least a couple points of damage to it).
Then, after Audino #1 faints, switch out to your first pokemon, then back to ghost, heal with a potion, and repeat until you win.

That's actually really ingenious...I will try this!
