[BUG] Enemy trainer doesn't send out any Pokemon

Hey, I'm on Patch 1.0.9 I believe (just updated to the newest). I am using Windows 7 on a 64 bit computer.
I'm using Static Battle Sprites provided in the new update post with all the new graphic updates as well!

Anyways, this bug just started happening to me, when I defeat a trainers pkmn and he decides to send in the new one, and boring me has the battle type set to shift(?) so I can "counter" his pkmn. Yeah well, when I switch out while he is switching out he stops sending out any pkmn, and even if my pkmn that is out is fast enough to attack it simply says "There is no target" and then the enemy trainer will proceed to go into the dialogue "xxx is sending out xxx, do you wanna switch?" and so it continues. If I say no he does however send out the named pkmn.

I'm an oldschool pkmn player and I have no clue if this is a feature that exists in the current games. All I know that I have never seen it happen before.

This also happens if the trainer is down to his last pkmn and I wanna switch out before he sends his own in, making the player take 2 turns of damage if there is a dot or a field effect active.

This is not limited to one enemy trainer only!

I'm a bit unsure about my location, but its the first time you encounter a Sandstorm, this didn't happen before patch 1.0.9

This is a glitch im aware about. Dw, im fixing it for the next patch.

Thought that I might as well come in here and make sure that you heard about it, sorry for taking your time ^^

It's due to switching at all, anywhere, not taking your turn, in Trainer or wild battles. You can just say no and switch out any ways after the opponent's pokémon appears with no ill effects, making experience training or team EV training really easy. 

Please only fix this for trainer battles, Suze, because you have no idea how much time this saves for EV training.
