zeta 1.3.22 - cant change controls Empty zeta 1.3.22 - cant change controls

i was playing omicron 1.3.20 with some controls changed for my liking, but decided to start zeta 1.3.22 for a nuzlocke challenge (and because I can get garchompy that way <3)
so... there simple isn't a "controls" section in the menu on zeta 1.3.22, and the F1 thing also doesn't work, I press F1 and it does nothing!
