Wireless comunications depot BUG Empty Wireless comunications depot BUG

Eveytime i press continue i get thrown at the Con.. Wireless comunications depot ( https://i.servimg.com/u/f39/18/99/28/45/yii_oo11.png ) and i get the option to either press yes or no to connect to the internet. whatever i press, the game just crashes.
