Black ticket Empty Black ticket

Since the new update the mistery gift that gives you the ticket to shadow island is gone and i have no clue how to get it now on the version 1.4.7, i tried polaris town phionix iota and nothing, also there's no pokeball with the apology gift neither in polaris neither in iota.... no pokeball....

So my question - where is the black ticket on 1.4.7.
